Purchasing Rules

General provisions

These rules of purchase and sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a document adapted to the relevant parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and this online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), the procedure for purchasing goods, delivering goods and returning them, and other provisions related to the activities of this online store.
The Seller has the right to change or supplement these rules at any time without informing the Buyer in advance. The changed rules apply to new buyers who purchase goods in this e-shop after the change in the rules.
All adult natural and legal persons can shop in the e-store (minor natural persons have the right to purchase goods only with the consent of their parents or guardians).

Buyers' personal data

The Seller ensures that no personal information of the Buyer (address, phone number, name, surname, etc.) will be transferred to third parties, except in cases where the Buyer's personal information needs to be provided to the Seller's partners in order to ensure a high-quality service provided by the Seller (i.e. to courier services, Lithuanian Post, etc.).
In all other cases, the Buyer's personal information (such as address, telephone number, name, surname, etc.) may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Seller may use the Buyer's personal information for marketing purposes if it has the Buyer's consent (subscription to newsletters by e-mail, telephone, etc.).
A Buyer who does not want their information to be used for marketing purposes has the right to contact the e-store administration by e-mail and send a written request to stop using the Buyer's data for marketing purposes.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide all personal information necessary to provide quality service to the Seller.

Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement

The Buyer is deemed to have concluded a purchase and sale agreement from the moment he confirms his order in the e-store.
The seller is deemed to agree to enter into a sales contract from the moment he confirms the customer's order and begins to fulfill it.
Neither the Buyer nor the Seller is obliged to separately notify the interested parties in writing or by telephone about the purchase and sale agreement.

Buyer's rights

The Buyer has the right to purchase the goods offered by the Seller in accordance with the procedure established by these rules.
The Buyer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale agreement no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods, by informing the Seller in advance (by e-mail, telephone, registered mail) about the termination of the purchase and sale agreement and the return of the goods.

Buyer's responsibilities

The Buyer undertakes not to transfer his login data to the Seller's system to third parties. If the Buyer loses his login data, he must immediately inform the Seller by phone or e-mail.
If the Buyer's personal data (telephone number, address, etc.) changes, the Buyer undertakes to immediately update the data in the Seller's system during the next order.
In the event of termination of the purchase and sale agreement, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (by e-mail or registered letter) of the termination of the agreement no later than within 14 calendar days. After the Seller confirms the termination of the agreement, the Buyer undertakes to return the received goods by sending them (by registered mail or using courier services) to the address specified by the Seller.
When purchasing goods, the Buyer undertakes to accept the goods delivered to the Buyer's address.
When purchasing goods, the Buyer must comply with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Seller's rights

The Seller has the right to restrict the Buyer's activities in the e-store system if the Buyer undermines the stability and security of the e-store's operation.
In the event of adverse circumstances, the Seller has the right to temporarily suspend the operation of the e-store without notifying the Buyer.
The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order if the Buyer chooses prepayment but does not pay for the goods within 5 business days of placing the order.
The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order if there are problems related to the delivery of the goods and the Buyer cannot be reached via the contacts provided by him/her.

Seller responsibilities

The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to use the services provided by this e-store.
The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to confidentiality of personal data, except in cases where the data must be provided to third parties in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer according to the delivery method chosen by the Buyer.
Seller due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) unable to fulfill the Buyer's order, undertakes to refund the money paid to the Buyer within 14 calendar days.

Product prices, payment

The prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros.
The buyer pays for the goods in one of the following ways:
By advance transfer of funds;
By debit/credit bank card;
Paypal payment system;
Paysera payment system.
The Seller has the right to change payment methods without informing the Buyer in advance.
The Seller is not obligated to provide an invoice to the Customer together with the ordered product or by email.

Product quality, warranty, return and exchange

The characteristics of each product are indicated in the e-store. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the products in reality may differ slightly (in shade, size, etc.) from those shown online, due to the characteristics of the Buyer's display.
The seller guarantees that all goods provided are new, of good quality and unused, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
The buyer has the right to return defective goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
A buyer who wishes to return a purchased item must ensure that:
The item is unused.
The item is intact.
The original packaging of the product is preserved and undamaged.
The product label is preserved and undamaged.
The product package is the same as the one received by the Buyer.
The buyer has a document proving the purchase of the goods (e.g. invoice).
A buyer who wishes to return an item they do not like must fill out a free-form request and indicate the reason for the return.
Money for returned goods is transferred strictly only to the payer's bank account.
In the event of a return, the Seller shall refund to the Buyer the amount paid by the Buyer for the goods, including the costs of payment for the order and shipping.
When returning the money paid for the goods to the buyer, the seller does not have the right to deduct the amount by which the value of the item has decreased due to its use or loss of appearance, or due to other circumstances.

Consumer rights and guarantees after purchasing a product of inadequate quality

The consumer has the right to contact the seller within two years of the transfer of the item due to a product of inadequate quality. The consumer may demand:
1. Repair a product of inadequate quality or replace it with a product of adequate quality.
2. If the seller fails to repair or replace the goods, the consumer has the right to demand a reduction in the price of the goods or to terminate the purchase and sale agreement.

The consumer does not have the right to terminate the contract if the defect in the item is minor. If the defect in the item is substantial or cannot be repaired, the consumer has the right to immediately terminate the purchase and sale contract (refund the money) or reduce the price of the item.

Final provisions

These rules have been drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
All disagreements arising from these rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
The parties are released from their obligations under this contract if their fulfillment is impossible due to force majeure circumstances.
